Nankai Electric Railway’s new sightseeing train “Grand Tenku” to begin service on April 24, 2026; 2 round trips per day, Namba to Gokurakubashi from +1,700 yen for adults.

Nankai Electric Railway will operate a new sightseeing train, “GRAN Tenkuu,” from April 24, 2026. Prior to this, an unveiling will be held on March 29.

GRAN Tenku is a new sightseeing train between Namba Station and Gokurakubashi Station, replacing the currently operating sightseeing train Tenku (between Hashimoto Station and Gokurakubashi Station).

The new service start date, time, stop, and fare will be two round trips per day, departing from Namba Station at 09:00/12:45 and Gokurakubashi Station at 10:46/14:58 (10:48/14:58 on Saturdays and Sundays).

The train stops at seven major stations along the line (Shin-Imamiya, Tengachaya, Sakaihigashi, Kongo, Kawachinagano, Hayashinma Denentoshi, and Hashimoto) and a total of eight stations in Kudoyama.

Fares for Relax Seat (Car 2) and Wide View Seat (Car 2) are 1,700 yen for adults and 850 yen for children from Namba, Shin-Imamiya, Tenga-chaya, and Sakaihigashi to Gokurakubashi Station (3,130 yen for adults and 1,570 yen for children including fare). The fare for other sections is 1,100 yen for adults and 550 yen for children (1,840 yen for adults and 920 yen for children).

Grand Seat and Grand Seat Plus (Car 4) are priced by plan with drinks and meals, details are as follows.
