Tokyo Tatemono, Misawa Homes, and Polaris Holdings began construction of kokonoyu Beppu (1748-4 Noguchinaka-cho, Beppu City, Oita Prefecture) on November 13, with plans to open around summer 2027.
The first branch of kokonoyu, a sub-brand of Polaris’ KOKO HOTELS hotel, with a total of 150 rooms, located a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Beppu Station.
The hotel will have 131 twin rooms (26.33-53.88m2) and 19 double rooms (21.97-26.64m2), 13 types of rooms to accommodate small groups and groups, and a natural hot spring bathhouse with an open-air bath on the top floor.
