The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has launched the “Disaster Area Support Tour” program to subsidize travel to Fukushima Prefecture.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will continue to support the promotion of tourism and economic recovery of Fukushima Prefecture. Those who live, work, or study in Tokyo will receive a discount of 3,000 yen per night/6,000 yen per two nights for an overnight trip to Fukushima Prefecture and a 1,500 yen discount for a one-day trip.
Travel departing by March 31, 2025 and completed by April 2, 2025 is eligible. A maximum of two consecutive nights per reservation is applicable.
