JR West has set up a “Midori-no-Receiving Machine Corner” at the Shinkansen Hikari Hiroba exit of Hakata Station.
It can be used to receive tickets reserved online through EX Reservations, e5489, etc., and to purchase tickets (Shinkansen reserved/reserved seats, Hakata South Line tickets, admission tickets, etc.) using a credit card.
It is open from 5:40 a.m. to 11:40 p.m. and has 4 units.
