JR East will conduct a campaign offering a 5% return of JRE POINT for the purchase of off-peak commuter passes.
Off-peak commuter pass service will begin on March 18, 2023 to reduce congestion during weekday morning and commuting hours. It is approximately 10% cheaper than the regular commuter pass.
This campaign applies to off-peak commuter passes for JR segments that begin to be valid between March 25 and March 31, 2025.
