Toyama Prefecture announced that it will launch the Toyama Support Campaign, a Hokuriku support discount, on March 16.
In order to recover tourism demand that declined due to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024, the program offers travelers from Japan and abroad a discount of up to 50% of the total cost of their trip. Reservations for stays between March 16 and April 26 will be accepted from March 8 at accommodation facilities in the prefecture, participating travel agencies, and OTAs.
