JR East will hold the “Mobile Suica Commuter Pass Bicycle Insurance Included Cru Campaign” for junior high and high school students from April 1 to 20.
Purchasers of Mobile Suica commuter passes for junior high and high school students during the period will receive up to six months of bicycle insurance (up to 300 million yen for daily life indemnity) as a bonus.
No campaign entry or insurance enrollment procedures are required. Not only bicycle accidents but also accidents and troubles in daily life are covered.
Purchase of commuter passes for university students and “FREX Pal” commuter passes for Shinkansen, and those who have registered as Mobile Suica members by March 20, 2021, are not eligible (must cancel membership and register anew).
