JICA President Akihiko Tanaka met with Armida Alishabana, Executive Director of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), at JICA headquarters on February 5.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Alishabana, Secretary General of ESCAP, expressed his hope for further relationship building with JICA as a development partner, considering that this year marks the 80th Session of the Commission, which will be held in April.
