Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture, will hold the grand opening of “Roadside Station Green Farm Tateyama” (274 Ina, Tateyama, Chiba Prefecture) on February 16, 2024.
A roadside station with sales, dining, experience facilities, and a farm. It is located about 15 minutes from the Tomiura IC of Futtsu-Tateyama Road and about an 8-minute walk from Kokonoe Station on the JR Uchibo Line.
The name of the roadside station was chosen from among the names submitted from all over Japan. A registration ceremony was held at Tateyama City Hall on October 6.
The farm features “food” experiences such as milking, harvesting food, picking flowers, and cooking. In addition, a restaurant featuring gibier and local vegetables will serve food and beverages, and a direct sales space will sell goods.
