In order to realize full-scale recovery and restoration from the damage caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and to achieve sustainable development, it is becoming increasingly important to develop Ukraine’s private sector and to encourage the participation and investment of foreign companies. To promote the development of the Ukrainian private sector, the participation of foreign companies and investment, etc., are important.
Prior to the conference, JICA will organize the following events to support the sustained public-private partnership that will follow. During the event, there will be mainly a pitch event (stage program) by Ukrainian start-ups, as well as information dissemination from a wide range of actors interested in Japan-Ukraine cooperation, including the public sector and support for internally displaced persons.
We are looking for organizations that would like to have an exhibition booth at this JICA event. We hope that organizations interested in business matching and participation in cooperation will participate in this event, and that it will provide a venue for business networking, exchange, and communication.

Applicant organizations should be companies, public institutions, universities/research institutes, non-profit corporations, etc. that are interested in participating in Japan-Ukraine cooperation.
In case of a large number of applicants, JICA may conduct a lottery.
Please consult with the event management company to be determined in mid-January regarding details such as carry-in/out and customized decorations for each booth (to be announced when booths are determined).
One booth will be allocated per organization. However, if an organization wishes to have an integrated booth with several related organizations or a smaller space, please let us know. (We may not be able to accommodate your request.)
