Suica penguin carved into a wooden Kagamimochi (mirror-shaped rice cake)! Cute face with a little bit on it instead of an orange!

R East Japan Cross Station Retail Company will release “Suica no Penguin Wooden Carved Kagamimochi” on December 2 at 12:00 pm.

A wooden carving of a Kagamimochi with a Suica penguin on the top shelf instead of an orange. The prototype is by Gou Sakai, a Buddhist sculptor, and the entire set can be stored in a paulownia wood box base in the shape of the three treasures.

The main body is made of cypress and measures 136 x 136 x 188 mm (W x D x H). Priced at 12,800 yen (limited to 150 sets), it will be available at JRE MALL “NewDays” and “GENERAL STORE RAILYARD”.
