JR East Cross Station will open a commercial facility “Ecute Edition Ochanomizu” in the Seibashi Exit of Ochanomizu Station.
NewDays has already opened for business, “Irorian Kiraku Soba” will open in conjunction with the opening of the station building on December 3, and “Pluspre”, a bakery based in Kamakura, is scheduled to open on December 8, making these three stores the initial openings. Pluspre” will be located outside the ticket gates, while the others will be located inside the ticket gates.
The company plans to add 10 more stores by the end of FY2024.
