Tourism Expo Japan 2023 Osaka-Kansai, one of the world’s largest travel events, is being held at INTEX Osaka (Suminoe-ku, Osaka City) for four days from October 26 to 29.
Booths themed around “food travel” were also exhibited at the venue, with the “National Gotochi Donburi Championship – Extravaganza” proving to be a great success from the first day.
As an extra edition of the “Furusato Matsuri – Japanese Matsuri, Taste of Home” project held at the Tokyo Dome in January 2023, 10 restaurants from all over Japan will sell half-size bowls of their signature rice bowl menu. Each bowl is priced at 800 yen. There will also be an eat-in corner where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes on the spot.
