NEXCO East Japan launched the “HOKKAIDO LOVE! MICHITOKU FURIPASS” for use from November through March 2024 at 14:00 on October 18.
The pass is available only for ETC vehicles and allows unlimited rides on expressways in three areas in Hokkaido for two to three days at a fixed price. Previously available only in winter, the program is now available year-round, divided into spring, fall (April to October), and winter (November to March).
