On September 21, JR Tokai released a new commercial featuring actor Ryohei Suzuki. The TV broadcast will begin on September 22 in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Shizuoka area, and other regions.
The new commercial “Izaza Izaza Nara: Western Capital and Heijo Palace Site” takes place at Toshodaiji Temple, Yakushiji Temple, and the Heijo Palace Site, which are components of the World Heritage Site “Ancient Monuments of Nara”. In the film, Ms. Suzuki is seated opposite a seated statue of Wajo Ganjin at Toshodaiji Temple, strolls around the vast Heijo Palace Site, and is impressed by afternoon tea at the JW Marriott Hotel Nara.
A making-of interview is also available, with Mr. Suzuki commenting, “You won’t find scenery like this anywhere else in Japan. I hope you will rent a bicycle and visit various places.
