JR East Japan Planning will introduce “EKI TAG,” a smartphone application for collecting digital station stamps, at 86 stations mainly within the Yamanote Line.
Stamps can be obtained by holding a smartphone over an NFC tag installed at the station. Information on tag locations and available times for acquiring stamps will be provided in the application.
The existing actual stamps will continue to be installed.
