Yahoo! Maps (iOS version), a smartphone application, has launched a “Look Around” feature that allows users to view a 360-degree panoramic view of the actual landscape around their destination.
The “Look Around” function allows users to check the actual scenery around their destination in advance, making it easier to reach their destination. The “Look Around” function also allows users to enjoy various activities, such as searching for a destination while viewing the surrounding area of a spot of interest.
If the destination is within the target area, the “Look Around” function screen will be displayed on the search results screen, allowing the user to view a 360-degree panoramic view of the actual landscape.
