NEXCO East Japan will close the Oizumi Interchange on the Gaikan Expressway and Kanetsu Expressway at night due to bridge construction work. The closure will take place on September 4, 7, October 5, 16, 23, 26, and November 1, 2023, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each day.
The closure covers the Oizumi IC exit ramp on the inner loop road (from the direction of Wako), the Oizumi IC entrance ramp on the outer loop road (from the direction of Wako), and the Oizumi IC entrance ramp on the Kanetsu Expressway off-ramp (from the direction of Tokorozawa). About 0.4 km around the Oizumi IC on Mejiro-dori will also be closed.
