JR Kyushu introduces “Lost and Found,” a service that allows users to inquire about lost and found items on LINE, with AI + operators

JR Kyushu will introduce “Lost and Found” on August 1 for all lines.

This AI-based lost-and-found service (LINE ID: @jrkyushu_find) is a system that allows users to inquire about lost items at stations and in trains 24 hours a day via LINE.

An application for station staff to register lost and found items in the system is scheduled to be introduced on August 1, and actual users will be able to inquire using LINE from September 1.

Inquiries via LINE are handled 24 hours a day, but from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., operator service is out of hours and only automated service is available.
