JORDAN has started providing “Bus Approach Information” for Kyoto Bus and Keio Bus on its “Transfer Guide” application (iOS/Android versions).
Using public transportation open data, it will be possible to know in real time how long it will take for the bus you are scheduled to board to arrive. Kyoto Bus also distributes “Bus Congestion Situation” so that users can check the congestion situation inside the bus along with the approach information.
