Tokyo Kyusyu Ferry, which operates the Yokosuka-Shin Moji route as part of the SHK Line Group, will hold an onboard event, “Star Journey on the Ocean,” featuring live planetarium commentary on board the Hamayu and Soreiyu. Participation in the event is free of charge, but a separate boarding fee is required.
The “Hamayu” and “Soreiyu” are equipped with the world’s first full-scale optical planetariums on board. For this event, an expert on the starry sky will be invited to give a live commentary, allowing visitors to enjoy the star-filled sky projected on the screen.
