Nasu Safari Park (3523 Takaku Otsu, Nasu-cho, Nasu-gun, Tochigi Prefecture) will hold a free lion bus campaign to celebrate Tochigi Citizens’ Day and Chiba Citizens’ Day on June 15. The period is from June 2 to 30.
When you come to the park and show an ID card showing that you live in Tochigi or Chiba prefecture, you can ride the Lion Bus for free (up to 5 people per person), which normally costs 1,200 yen for adults and 600 yen for children.
Visitors can observe wild animals up close while listening to a live driver-guided tour and enjoy feeding the herbivorous animals. Admission fee is 2,900 yen for adults and 1,900 yen for children.
