JAL has published an e-book entitled “JAL Flight Attendants’ Travel Recipes,” a collection of gourmet recipes and other recipes introduced in the “CA Cooking” series on the YouTube channel “JAL Furusato Project. The price is 660 yen.
This YouTube channel was established as part of the JAL Furusato Project, an ongoing effort to revitalize local communities. JAL Group employees who support their hometowns, including flight attendants who serve as “JAL Furusato Ouen-tai” (JAL hometown supporters), communicate the charms of the region.
This work, which adds a travel element to the theme of “food,” introduces not only recipes but also information on gourmet food, souvenirs, roadside stations, and travel information useful for sightseeing in various regions of Japan.
