On April 3, at around 2:10 p.m., ANA experienced trouble with its “Reservations, Sales, and Boarding Procedures” system for domestic flights, and was temporarily unable to complete the procedures.
They have since resumed procedures through an alternative system, but many flights are still experiencing delays. The company also asks customers to check its website for flight status today, as future flights may also be delayed or cancelled suddenly.
Tickets for flights affected by this malfunction will be changed and refunded regardless of the actual situation.
