Fujikyu Highland opens its first new attraction in 12 years, a large coaster in the form of a motorcycle ride, in July.

Fujikyu Highland (5-6-1 Shin-Nishihara, Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture) will open a new large-scale coaster in July at a total cost of approximately 4.5 billion yen, the highest ever.

This new coaster is the first in 12 years since 2011, when the “high-flying” coaster, which drops at a steep 121-degree angle, was introduced. The first bike-ride type will be used, allowing visitors to enjoy the exhilarating sensation of riding through a course that crawls on the ground.
