ETC Solutions will begin ETCX toll collection on the Atami Beach Line, a toll road running along the seaside of Yugawara and Atami, at 10:00 on April 1.
ETCX is a multi-purpose service using the ETC on-board unit. By registering an ETC card and a credit card in advance, users can make cashless payments on toll roads, gas stations, parking lots, and other places other than expressways without leaving their cars.
The Atami Beach Line offers a special “Beach Line X Discount” for ETCX users, which automatically applies a discount to tolls based on the number of times the line is used.
