JAL announced the cancellation of its domestic flight ticket time sale.
Immediately after the start of the “JAL Smiles Campaign”, the website was flooded with access, and the connection is still unavailable. Since there is no prospect of recovery, and since the campaign is affecting customers who have not made time sale reservations, JAL has decided to suspend sales of tickets for April-May flights, which went on sale at midnight on March 9, as well as tickets for June flights, which were scheduled to go on sale on March 12.
Domestic dynamic package sales (Smile Wari), international airline ticket campaigns, and overseas dynamic package Hawaii limited time sales will continue to be offered.
