Nankai Railway, Taisei Corporation, Kanden Real Estate Development, Centara Osaka Japan, Hotel Keihan, and Nippi have decided on the official name of the area being developed as the Namba Naka 2-chome Project, “Namba Parks South” (2-chome, Namba Naka, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), with a partial opening on March 25 and grand opening on July 1. The grand opening is scheduled for July 1.
Namba Parks South will consist of three facilities: Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, a luxury hotel in Thailand; Parks South Square, which will provide new office space in the Namba area; and Hotel Keihan Namba Grande, a lifestyle hotel. The entire district has been designed with a unified exterior wall to create a sense of unity.
SHOPS & RESTAURANTS, which will be developed over three facilities, will feature a total of 13 restaurants, including a rooftop restaurant 140 meters above ground level and the global flagship restaurant of the conveyor-belt sushi chain “Kura Sushi.
