Toei Bus will change the mode of operation of its bus routes on March 5 due to traffic restrictions imposed in conjunction with the “Tokyo Marathon 2023”.
The service is shortened in a wide range of areas, mainly in central Tokyo (Shinjuku, Minato, Shinagawa, and Chiyoda wards), but also in Shibuya, Ueno, Ikebukuro, Koto-ku, and the bay area, depending on the time of the day. Some stops will be suspended and temporary stops may be set up. For details, please refer to the website.
Due to road congestion and other factors, other systems may not be able to operate as scheduled on the day of the event.
