On March 16, Tobu Railway will release the Kawagoe Retro Trip Ticket, a smartphone-only ticket that allows passengers to enjoy trains, buses, and popular gourmet foods and souvenirs in the Kawagoe area.
In addition to the purchase and use of tickets, a service is included that allows users to search for stores and shared bicycle locations. A total of 31 stores, including hamburgers, Italian restaurants, and Kawagoe’s famous oimo sweets, are participating in the service, which can be purchased anytime and anywhere via the website.
