The Tokyo Metropolitan Government approved the individual execution of the Jingu Gaien Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project in accordance with Article 7-9, Paragraph 1 of the Urban Redevelopment Law.
Through the implementation of the urban redevelopment project in this area, the rational and sound high-level use of land and renewal of urban functions will be achieved, as well as the creation of a lively community, improved pedestrian convenience, safety and circulation, disaster prevention plant, and environmental impact assessment.
