Able started a key replacement service for “Mickey Design Key,” a key with a Mickey Mouse face designed on the head of the key, exclusively for Able’s rental properties.
This is an original product made possible by the promotional license between Walt Disney Japan and ABLE, and is the first of its kind in Japan for a real estate leasing brokerage.
The installation will be done on the door of the room to be occupied by those who newly sign a contract for a property (managed property) eligible for the installation at Able’s directly managed stores (excluding some stores) and those who use the Mickey Design Key lock replacement service (for a fee).
