Coach launched the DISNEY x COACH Disney 100th Anniversary Limited Edition Collection.
Inspired by the 1935 Disney animated film “Mickey’s Garden,” the line includes bags and small leather goods. Ready-to-wear items feature nostalgic and retro patches of Mickey Mouse and friends, as well as illustrations of scenes from the animated film.
The bags are made from signature textile jacquard, a cudgel of organic cotton and recycled plastic bottle fibers, which is also environmentally friendly. Patches and motifs are also sewn with 100% recycled polyester thread.
The “Studio,” a modern interpretation of the design studio’s native archive, will feature a water-based ink print of Mickey Mouse’s adventures in the backyard. It features lively depictions of insects and plants that Mickey Mouse encounters.
