Walt Disney Japan launched “Disney store 30th Anniversary Pop-up Museum,” a special limited-time event celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Disney Store in Japan, at Luxia Osaka.
The event will tour a total of nine cities in Japan over a period of one year starting in August 2022, and has attracted a total of 150,000 visitors at the Tokyo, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, and Kanazawa venues held to date.
At the Osaka venue, character objet d’art and other items from the Shinsaibashi store, which closed in June 2022, will be on display. Osaka-exclusive items will also be sold.
