NEXCO Central Japan and Oasis Park will renew the food court at Kawashima PA (downhill) on Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway and open “Kawashima Farmer’s Table” on March 17. It will be open from 7:00 to 22:30 (last order at 22:00).
With the concept of “a big dining table made by everyone in the local community,” the restaurant uses vegetables directly grown in Gifu Prefecture, and aims to be a “vitamin space where both families and drivers can replenish their energy” in order to build a bridge between producers and users.
