Yamanashi Prefecture will hold the “2023 Yamanashi Gastronomy Week Gastronomy Tour” from January 19 to February 5 at 18 restaurants in the prefecture.
Restaurants and lodging facilities will create special menus using ingredients from the prefecture and offer pairings of sake from the prefecture to go with the dishes.
