The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Okinawa Prefecture on November 9, adding new initiatives. The signing took place at the Okinawa Prefectural Government Office between JICA President Akihiko Tanaka and Okinawa Governor Denny Tamaki.
