Rakuten Baseball (the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles) announced that it has reached an agreement with Miyagi Prefecture and Rakuten Group regarding the basic terms of the naming rights for its home stadium, Miyagi Stadium (2-11-6 Miyagino, Miyagino-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture), and will renew the contract for three years (January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025).
The nickname will change from the current “Rakuten Life Park Miyagi” to “Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi” on January 1.
