The Hirohako Linkage Promotion Committee will conduct a winter tourism campaign in Hirosaki City and Hakodate City in cooperation with “Snow Miku,” a character derived from Hatsune Miku and a Hokkaido supporting character.

Two-dimensional barcode panels will be placed at five checkpoints in Hirosaki City and Hakodate City. Among those who check in at all checkpoints, a drawing will be held to select 500 people from each area, for a total of 1,000, to receive original goods such as Snow Miku mask cases and masking tapes.
