Tokyo Metro to Install “KEY STATION” Unattended Key Delivery Service at Stations. Starting with Ebisu and Hiroo stations, the number of stations will gradually increase.

Tokyo Metro and Metro Commerce will install KEY STATION, an unattended key delivery service, in stations and begin operating it sequentially on October 27.

KEY STATION” is a service that combines key management, identification, and other functions into a single unit, allowing for delivery without human contact from reservation to use. Key Station” is currently installed in more than 270 locations nationwide, mainly at train stations, convenience stores, and lodging facilities.

Starting with Ebisu and Hiroo stations on the Hibiya Line, Tokyo Metro will gradually expand the number of “KEY STATION” stations. Hours of operation will be from the first train to 24:00 (6:00 to 22:30 at Shirokanedai Station on the Namboku Line).
