On October 18, Aeon released Disney-designed My Bags/Shopping Bags made from recycled materials. They are available at approximately 2,000 Aeon/ AEON Style and other stores nationwide.
Since 2007, the company has stopped distributing free plastic bags at food outlets and sells in-store My Bags made of approximately 50% recycled plastic and shopping bags made of approximately 50% packaging film generated in the product distribution process as raw materials.
The new products are two sizes of My Bags and shopping bags made from recycled materials, with a total of four different designs available.
