Seibu Railway releases one-day free tickets for Toshima Ward’s 90th anniversary. Nostalgic scenes of Ikebukuro, Shiinamachi, and Higashi-Nagasaki are mounted on the ticket.

On October 14, Seibu Railway will start selling “Seibu Line One-Day Outing Ticket for the 90th Anniversary of Toshima Ward” at Ikebukuro Station and Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro (only from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00).

The tickets will be sold only near the ticket gates on the Seibu Department Store side of the B1 floor of Ikebukuro Station (outside the ticket gates) from 7:00 to 8:30 on October 14, the day the tickets go on sale. Priced at 1,000 yen per set, valid only on the day of use through December 31.

The set is available with a special mounting paper. The design features nostalgic scenes of stations located in Toshima Ward (Ikebukuro, Shiinamachi, and Higashi-Nagasaki Stations) and the surrounding area, and gives a sense of the history of Toshima Ward and Seibu Railway together.
