Supporting Long-Term Energy Plan for a Carbon-Neutral Society in Laos

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions (R/D) with the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) on August 25 in Vientiane on the “Integrated Energy Master Plan Development Project for a Carbon-Neutral Society,” a development study-type technical cooperation.
