The Southern Hokkaido Tourism Promotion Organization’s Donan Regional Subcommittee will hold a stamp rally event to tour tourist attractions in Southern Hokkaido and Aomori, taking advantage of the opportunity to draw attention to the “Jomon Monuments of Hokkaido and Northern Tohoku,” which will be registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2021.
During the period, visitors can apply for prizes by stamping the stamps placed at 90 locations in 10 categories in the following areas on a special stamp rally sheet. Detailed information on how to participate and the facilities where stamps are placed is available on the special website.
