NEXCO East Japan has advised that heavy rain has caused road closures between the Tsugawa IC and Yasuda IC on the Banetsu Expressway.
The road has been closed since 7:23 a.m. on August 4 due to rainfall exceeding the road closure criteria.
In addition, the Bandai-Atami IC to Inawashiro-Bandai-Kogen IC on the Ban-Etsu Expressway is also closed.
