JAL has completed the installation of all 12 lanes of the “JAL SMART SECURITY” system at security checkpoints for domestic flights at Haneda Airport.
Sophisticated security inspection equipment allows liquid items such as PCs and PET bottles to pass through without having to remove them beforehand. The system also combines a UV sterilization system to provide security inspection trays that are up to 99.9% sterilized.
